Patty Stanley

Savvy and motivated, Patty Stanley has been a successful businesswoman most of her adult life. As a   young woman, she danced with the review "Shout, Baby, Shout" and   toured in Las Vegas, Los Angeles,   and San Diego. Her intentions turned toward the restaurant business as her parents were restaurant owners   as well. Learning from them and intent on building her own business, Patty started working in the service   industry and in 1978 bought and ran her own very successful restaurant Hemingways in Ventura, CA. She   was approached by the Hilton hotels in 1981 and was asked to join their team.

Everybody in Ventura County wanted Patty Stanley to run their "ship". She was hired in 1986 by the   California Grill and is quickly moved into managing the floor.

Patty retired from the restaurant business in 1996 to work for Community Options whereas she is able to   provide a home to those less fortunate, the developmentally disabled.
